Who We Are
The Ridgefield Guild of Artists began in 1974 with fourteen local artists who founded the Guild to create and exhibit their art. This original group has grown to several hundred members.
The Guild is now organized as a not-for-profit organization and is governed by an elected board of directors. Membership includes artists who work in a range of media and are at all stages of development.
Located in a 200 year old barn on Halpin Lane in Ridgefield, Connecticut, the Guild contains three large gallery spaces, a gift gallery and studio loft.

The Collaboration:
In 2022 the Ridgefield Guild of Artists agreed to collaborate with the Ridgefield office of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty to establish a satellite gallery in the William Pitt offices. The purpose of the gallery is to highlight the works of emerging artists. To further foster new artists it was agreed by both parties that a scholarship would be started.
